Manage your subscription
Billing is handled by ExtensionPay. Open Sidecar's settings (toolbar icon) and choose Manage subscription to update or cancel anytime.
Common questions
How do I export my data?
Open any Kajabi data table (People, Sales, or Analytics). Sidecar adds a toolbar directly above the table with Export CSV, Export JSON, and Full export. Click one and the file saves straight to your downloads.
What's free and what's Pro?
CSV export of the table you're viewing is free, forever. Pro ($5/mo or $39 lifetime) adds JSON export and Full export — which gathers every field Kajabi stores per contact (phone, address, tags, custom fields), not just the columns shown in the list.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere but your own computer. Sidecar runs entirely in your browser, generates exports locally, and has no analytics or server of its own. See the privacy policy for details.
The export bar didn't appear.
Make sure you're on a Kajabi page that has a data table, and that Sidecar is enabled (toolbar icon → settings → Enabled). If a Kajabi layout change ever breaks it, flip the kill-switch off in settings and email us — we ship fixes quickly.
How do I cancel?
Open Sidecar's settings and choose Manage subscription, or email us and we'll take care of it. Lifetime purchases never expire.
Is this made by Kajabi?
No. Sidecar is an independent product by Black Hart Consulting and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kajabi.
