Manage your subscription
Billing is handled by ExtensionPay. Open Sidecar's settings (toolbar icon) and choose Manage subscription to update or cancel anytime.
Common questions
How do I export my students?
Open Users → Students in your Teachable admin. Sidecar adds a toolbar directly above the table with Export CSV, JSON, Excel, PDF report, Insights, and Full export. Click one and the file saves straight to your downloads.
What's free and what's Pro?
CSV export of the students you're viewing is free, forever. Pro ($5/mo or $39 lifetime) adds JSON & Excel export, a one-click PDF report, an Insights panel (totals, revenue, top students), and Full export — every student across every page with every field (phone, tags, sign-up source, sign-in stats, shipping address, and more).
Where does my data go?
Nowhere but your own computer. Sidecar runs entirely in your browser and has no analytics or server of its own. The only network request it makes is to Teachable's own student API, and only when you click Full export. See the privacy policy for details.
The export bar didn't appear.
Make sure you're on your Teachable admin Users → Students page (where the data table is), and that Sidecar is enabled (toolbar icon → settings → Enabled). If a Teachable layout change ever breaks it, flip the kill-switch off in settings and email us — we ship fixes quickly.
How do I cancel?
Open Sidecar's settings and choose Manage subscription, or email us and we'll take care of it. Lifetime purchases never expire.
Is this made by Teachable?
No. Sidecar is an independent product by Black Hart Consulting and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Teachable.
