Sites we can get into: your repo, your host, or WordPress. We do not work on Wix or Squarespace because they do not allow the access these fixes need. If we cannot get access, we tell you in the first reply and suggest a Launch Page instead.
Three to seven days depending on the fix; each menu item lists its timeline. The clock starts when we have access. Most single fixes ship in under a week.
Screenshots and scores from before the work and after it: Lighthouse numbers, Core Web Vitals, and exactly what changed. You can hand it to anyone and show what you paid for.
If the thing we fixed breaks again within 30 days, we fix it again for free. No forms, just reply to the delivery email.
